How do I print my certificate?
Log in and click the "My Certificates" button and your certificate will be available for printing.

Is this training recognized in my province/territory?
Yes, these are nationally recognized courses that are recognized in every province and territory in Canada.

I can’t log in, what do I do?
If this is your first time logging in, remember that your temporary password is case sensitive, so all letters should be lowercase. Or, If you have already logged in once, you would have been asked to change your password.
