First Aid Knowledge Assessment brought to you by St. John Ambulance.
St. John Ambulance brings you a series of free online assessment tools to assess the first aid safety knowledge level of your employees. Our first two assessments will allow you to determine what your employee’s levels of awareness are with respect to WHMIS and First Aid. We hope these assessments will help your organization evaluate the effectiveness of the delivery and retention of your current safety training.
Assessments have been shown to improve organizational performance by:
- Identifying knowledge gaps;
- Measuring knowledge gained from previous training;
- Analyzing results in order to improve future training;
- Documenting employees' mastery of required knowledge;
- Creating an effective and accurate audit trail.
Our assessment process is simple and may be completed in less than five (5) minutes. Simply create an employer account (link to creating Employer Account) and order the number of assessments you would like. The assessments will be delivered into your employer account, which can then be assigned to your employees by email.
